1.Who we are and the scope of this policy

Search Command is the law-firm marketing and technology infrastructure brand operated by Search Command Tactical LLC. Search Command Tactical LLC operates this website and is the legal and billing entity. This policy covers searchcommand.ai, including www.searchcommand.ai, and our own business enquiries and communications associated with that site. Strategic Command is separate and outside this policy. A link to another business does not bring that business’s services or information practices within this policy. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Search Command Tactical LLC operating under the brand identified above. This policy describes our handling of personal information from our own website and business relationships. It is not a customer master services agreement (MSA), statement of work, data processing agreement (DPA) or a customer’s own privacy notice. When we process information in a law firm’s or dealership’s systems on that customer’s instructions, the customer’s notice and our separate service/DPA arrangements govern that processing. Our own business administration, billing and marketing remain separate purposes. A website enquiry does not authorize unrestricted use of information across brands.

2.Information we collect and its sources

Information you provide can include your name, work email, telephone number, business name, professional role, website, city, state or province, country, postal code, service interests, appointment preferences and the content of your enquiry. Search Command’s business intake form includes name, required phone and email, business and location fields, and an optional website. Give only the information reasonably needed for your request. Marketing enrolment, if separately offered, requires its own applicable notice and choice. Communications can include correspondence, delivery information, appointment history and choices you make about receiving messages. Consent and suppression records can include the notice presented, choice, source, timestamp and relevant contact identifier. Recording or transcription is a separate activity addressed below. Web requests expose technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and referring information to the site and its serving providers. Embedded forms, externally hosted visual libraries and selected third-party features can receive these details when your browser requests them. Business prospect information may also be obtained from publicly available professional/business sources, authorized business representatives or a lead-research provider. Such information can include professional contact details, role, company, website and business context. Public availability does not itself create consent for every marketing channel. Law-firm business enquiries can include practice area, firm size and marketing or infrastructure requirements. A prospective legal client’s enquiry on a customer’s campaign is a separate workflow and must identify the receiving law firm.

Information relating to a separately accepted paid service can include billing contact, invoice, payment status and transaction references. The relevant order and payment interface must identify the seller, payment service and transaction terms. Do not send payment-card or bank details through an ordinary website enquiry.

3.Sensitive information

Do not submit privileged communications, case files, medical or injury details, opposing-party records, government identifiers, financial credentials, passwords or legal deadlines through ordinary website forms, chat, SMS or WhatsApp. We are not a law firm, and contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. A separately contracted workflow that genuinely needs sensitive information requires an appropriate channel, purpose, collection notice and lawful authority. A warning against submission does not remove our responsibilities for information actually received. Contact us before sending confidential or sensitive materials.

4.Why information is used

Our website and business information is used to answer and clarify enquiries; arrange meetings or demonstrations; provide requested support; maintain the relevant business relationship; administer an accepted transaction; protect the website and investigate misuse; maintain necessary records; and meet legal obligations. Marketing is a separate purpose. Where consent is required, it must identify the sender, purpose, channel and relevant recipients. A page visit, enquiry, booking or acceptance of Website Terms does not by itself authorize promotional SMS, automated or AI-voice marketing, recording, sensitive-data processing or optional tracking. You may decline an optional choice or withdraw consent through the methods below. Withdrawal applies prospectively and remains subject to lawful retention and other permitted or required processing. We may need essential contact or transaction information to fulfill the request you choose to make. A materially different purpose requires the notice and authorization applicable to that purpose.

5.Providers, disclosures and routing

HighLevel/GoHighLevel and LeadConnector support our company’s CRM and related business communication environment through the v1Leads branded interface. Search Command’s public intake uses an embedded LeadConnector form. Information submitted through that function is provided to the relevant systems to handle the business enquiry. Provider privacy information is available at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy and gohighlevel.com/data-processing-agreement. Other recipients depend on the function selected: website delivery and hosting, business email, communication networks, support, professional advisers and the payment provider identified for a transaction. A supplier processing on instructions has a different role from an independent recipient using information for its own disclosed purposes. Provider terms do not replace our own responsibilities. CaptaroPro is a service/product designation used in our engagement offerings; the name does not establish a separate legal company or identify every underlying vendor. Customer deployments and demonstrations involving lead conversations, AI, scheduling or routing require the notice and service terms for that particular workflow. Marketing descriptions of customer capabilities are not a statement that those capabilities are collecting data on this company website. WhatsApp/Meta and communication intermediaries process information when you use an actually offered channel. Business recipients and connected systems can retain copies of messages. Protection of a message in transit does not establish the protection, retention or use of copies in CRM systems or other destinations. A marketing or infrastructure enquiry goes to our business team. It is not permission to distribute a potential legal matter to multiple law firms. A law-firm referral or campaign must identify the receiving firm and intended use at collection; representation must be confirmed directly with that firm. Information may also be disclosed where law permits or requires it in legal proceedings, to address fraud or safety/security concerns, to obtain professional advice, or in a proposed or completed lawful business transfer with appropriate restrictions. A transfer does not authorize unrelated new marketing uses or waive privacy rights.

6.Cookies, external content and privacy choices

Cookies, local storage, embedded widgets and similar browser technologies can support security and sessions, remember choices or measure use depending on the specific feature. The Search Command contact page embeds a LeadConnector form. Its homepage also requests visual-effect libraries from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net; the serving networks receive the technical information necessary to respond to those requests. These visual libraries are distinct from advertising consent. The inspected company websites do not currently offer a working on-site Cookie Preferences control. Browser settings can restrict or delete cookies, although doing so may affect a requested feature. You can also contact kris@searchcommand.ai about a tracking or privacy choice. Where a feature requires prior consent, the feature must present the required choice before optional collection begins; this policy is not that consent. An external provider can collect information through its own destination or embedded service under its notice, including information over time and across websites. Review its notice before using it. Selecting a channel or accepting Website Terms does not authorize unrelated tracking. Traditional Do Not Track is not described here as a working automatic opt-out mechanism. Global Privacy Control and other signals legally recognized for sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs are distinct from Do Not Track; applicable law governs the response required. A direct privacy request is also available through our contact below.

7.Sale, advertising and other secondary uses

The website purposes and recipient categories described above do not grant permission to sell visitor information, upload it to advertising audiences, distribute it as a lead list or use it for unrelated cross-context advertising. Any such processing must have an accurate, specific disclosure and the choices required by applicable law before it occurs. An enquiry is not authorization for an undisclosed secondary use. Some privacy laws treat disclosures for valuable consideration or cross-context advertising as a sale or sharing even without a cash payment. Provider labels and a dealer’s regulated status do not determine the result for every record. You may request information about the uses and disclosures applicable to your information and exercise an applicable opt-out by emailing kris@searchcommand.ai. A sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out is not conditioned on the same identity verification used for an access request except to the limited extent law permits. Applicable rights relating to sensitive information, profiling or financial incentives remain available; this policy does not create a financial-incentive program.

8.Email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephone contact

An enquiry allows us to address that enquiry as permitted by law. Optional promotional communication requires the appropriate permission or other lawful basis for the particular channel and jurisdiction. Permission for one brand, sender or purpose is not automatically permission for another. Marketing consent is not a condition of buying our services. This website policy does not itself enroll you in an SMS or WhatsApp program. A program offered separately must identify its sender, purpose, message frequency and terms at opt-in. For an enabled two-way SMS program, reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply. Frequency depends on the program and interaction disclosed at enrolment. Other clear withdrawal requests are also handled as applicable law requires. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email, send a clear stop request for an enabled WhatsApp conversation, or email kris@searchcommand.ai to withdraw consent or request no marketing calls. Identify the affected address/number and channel. Commercial email and Canadian covered electronic-message unsubscribe requests are handled within the applicable deadline, including the ten-business-day maximum where it applies. SMS consent does not authorize another business to use our opt-in records for its own promotional campaigns. Delivery/support providers may process information to operate the authorized program. A dealer’s own program must identify that dealer and obtain its own valid permission. Limited suppression evidence may be retained to prevent unwanted re-enrolment. Messages and calls depend on networks and are not emergency channels. A company phone number, business audience or platform registration does not waive consent, calling-hour, do-not-call, artificial-voice or recording requirements.

9.Recording, transcription and AI

A recording or transcription feature must identify its purpose and obtain the consent required for the participants and jurisdictions before capture. Website Terms or a calendar booking are not recording consent. You may send a written enquiry to kris@searchcommand.ai instead of using a recorded or transcribed channel. An AI chat, voice assistant or demonstration must identify its automated nature and disclose the information use relevant to that interaction. Depending on the disclosed function, information can include prompts, messages, contact details, appointment information and a disclosed audio/transcript. Human assistance is available by contacting kris@searchcommand.ai. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not provide sensitive case, finance, authentication or security information through an ordinary assistant. An enquiry or product demonstration does not authorize a consequential credit, employment, legal-eligibility or similar decision about you. This policy does not grant unlimited permission to use private prompts, recordings or business data for model training or voice cloning. It does not promise that every provider has zero retention, no training use or no human review. Before using a particular feature, review the provider/use disclosure presented for it and contact us if information is missing. Applicable rights to information and review of solely automated decisions remain available.

10.International handling

The operator is a Wyoming company. Its HighLevel/LeadConnector environment involves U.S. services, and business administration can involve access from outside the United States. Storage, provider support and subprocessor locations depend on the service and separately disclosed feature. This policy does not promise U.S.-only or Canadian-only data residency. Foreign courts, regulators or law-enforcement authorities may obtain access under their laws, and legal protections can differ. Applicable law can require contractual safeguards, accountability, transfer assessments and other measures. Using a website or accepting these Terms is not a waiver of those requirements. Contact kris@searchcommand.ai for information about the arrangement relevant to your enquiry or service.

11.Retention and security

Retention is determined by the purpose, sensitivity, active relationship, applicable legal obligations, reasonable dispute needs and a specific legal hold. The following criteria apply rather than an invented fixed period for every record:

Enquiries, bookings and business-contact records: while reasonably needed to respond, manage a requested relationship or maintain an appropriate record of that interaction. Communications and any disclosed recordings/transcripts: while needed for their stated support or service purpose and applicable evidence requirements. Consent and suppression evidence: while reasonably needed to demonstrate permission and honor withdrawals without re-enrolment. Invoices and accepted-transaction records: for applicable accounting, tax and dispute obligations. Website/security logs and browser technologies: according to their operational purpose and the relevant system lifecycle. Rights-request and incident records: for handling, accountability and the recordkeeping required by applicable law. A specific lawful hold may extend an otherwise applicable period. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it should be deleted, securely disposed of or anonymized as appropriate. A deletion request may not immediately remove a protected backup copy; backup handling and lawful retention exceptions depend on the relevant provider/system. Such copies are not a basis for unrelated new marketing. Appropriate safeguards are required for the sensitivity and risks of the information. This policy is not a certification of a security framework, a claim that every account control is configured, or a guarantee against loss or unauthorized access. Report a concern to kris@searchcommand.ai. Incident assessment and notices are governed by applicable law; no universal 24- or 72-hour notification promise is made.

12.Your rights, requests and complaints

Depending on your location, the applicable law and our role, you may have rights to know/access information and disclosures; correct information; obtain a portable copy; request deletion; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and appeal a denied request. Lawful exceptions apply, and withdrawal does not create an unrestricted right to erase legally required records. Email kris@searchcommand.ai or telephone +1 (972) 362-9090. Identify the relevant brand, request and a method for reply. You do not need to create an account solely to make a request. Proportionate identity/authority checks may be needed for access, correction, deletion or an authorized-agent request. Do not send full government identifiers or financial credentials through ordinary email. Requests are handled within the deadline applicable to the right and jurisdiction. Any permitted extension, lawful fee or denial must be explained with required review or complaint options. Where a law requires free handling or an additional request method, that requirement applies. We do not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate for exercising a right. To appeal or challenge a response, reply to the response or email the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. Explain the original request and concern. An informal discussion does not prevent you from contacting the appropriate regulator or using a statutory remedy. For information controlled by a law-firm or dealership customer, the customer decides its request under its notice and applicable law; our role is to assist or direct the request as appropriate, rather than decide it without authority.

13.U.S. and Canadian rights

California rights, where the relevant business and information are covered, can include access/knowledge, correction, deletion, sale/sharing opt-out, certain sensitive-information limitations and non-discrimination. Other U.S. state laws can provide similar rights, portability, profiling/targeted-advertising choices and appeals. Coverage depends on the law’s thresholds, activities and exemptions; neither a business audience nor a customer’s regulated status automatically exempts all processing.

Where Canadian federal or provincial privacy law applies, individuals can seek access/correction, information about uses/disclosures, withdrawal subject to lawful limits and an opportunity to challenge practices. Alberta, British Columbia and Québec requirements differ. Québec can provide portability and information/review rights concerning exclusively automated decisions, together with applicable language requirements. You can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, Alberta’s commissioner at oipc.ab.ca, British Columbia’s commissioner at oipc.bc.ca, Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information at cai.gouv.qc.ca, or the relevant U.S. state privacy regulator/attorney general. Applicable mandatory protections prevail over a contrary statement in this policy.

14.Children and policy changes

These company websites are intended for adult business users and are not directed to children under 13. They are not intended as channels for collecting children’s information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact kris@searchcommand.ai so the matter can be assessed and addressed under applicable law. Audience labels do not remove duties arising from actual knowledge or collection. External websites and customer/provider destinations have their own notices. Review them before providing information. We remain responsible for our own processing and disclosures. Changes are posted with a revised update date. A material new purpose requires any additional notice or consent required by law; a policy update does not retroactively authorize an incompatible use.
